      formcycle version 7.0.5 adds a new naming scheme property. The default for workflow actions created prior to 7.0.5 is ECompressAsZipNamingScheme.NESTED_WITH_TECHNICAL_SOURCE whereas for newly created actions the default must be ECompressAsZipNamingScheme.FLAT_FILE_NAME_ONLY. Thus we need to add the old default for old actions.
