Apache PDF Box based IPdfConverter implementation for common raster image formats. The only supported conversion parameter is PdfConversionParams.ParamNames.TARGET_PAGE_FORMAT (default is ETargetPageFormat.AUTO which means 'get the page format from the size of the source image').
