public interface EndpointType

Interface for a handler that describes an end of an interval. Only four combinations are possible: [ (lower closed), ] (upper closed}, ( (lower open}, and ) (upper open}. Compared with EndpointDescriptor, a type is not associated with an actual point and thus has no notion EndpointDescriptor.hasBound().
