Checks whether or not the given form elements are in the inbox data table configuration of the project and in the same order

Parameters:

project - Projekt with the current inbox data table configuration

formElementList - List of FormElementModels

Returns:

true if the inbox data table configuration conforms to the given form element list. The order of the form elements needs to be the same
