Use SerializableInputStreamContainer instead. Carrying a stream over RPC is a concern of the RPC boundary rather than of the certificate domain, so it lives with RpcHandler now and is available to every module that declares an RPC contract. This subclass keeps existing callers and RPC signatures working, and instances of it are accepted wherever the replacement is expected.
