Master-server implementation of the RpcAuditService. Instances are handed to the frontend server as SIMON remote references, so every call from the frontend executes here on the master.

Bridges the audit API to the legacy protocol-entry entities: each method maps the input to the matching entity, resolves the referenced tenant / form version / form record via the legacy DAOs, attributes the entry to the acting user, and persists it via ProtokollUtils.

Every method is a unit of work, so an entry written by a caller that already runs in a transaction becomes part of that transaction: it is committed with the caller's own work, and a failed entry leaves that transaction uncommittable. A call that arrives over RPC from the frontend server runs in a transaction of its own.
