IPdfConverter implementation for PDF documents. The only supported conversion parameter is PdfConversionParams.ParamNames.TARGET_PAGE_FORMAT, its only supported value is ETargetPageFormat.FROM_SOURCE (which makes it the default as well). The intention of this converter is to 'flatten' form elements and remove potentially dangerous stuff from the source PDF (e.g. scripts).
