    Loads an icon for a template, identified by its URI. See getIcon for more details.
    
    Parameters:
    
    uri - URI for the icon, as returned by getIcon.
    
    Returns:
    
    An input stream with the data of the icon.
    
    Throws:
    
    IOException - When the icon could not be loaded. This may result in no icon being shown, or a default icon being shown.
