Depending on the result, certain features that depend on the database are either initialized or shut down. This setting is the periodic interval at which the check runs.

        Timeout in seconds for checking the connection to the database. A value of 0 or less means no timeout. Defaults to DB_MONITOR_CONNECTION_CHECK_TIMEOUT_SECONDS.
